1. Scoop 2–3 grams of matcha (approximately 2–3 bamboo scoops) into your chawan (matcha bowl).
2. Add 20 mL of water and whisk to create a smooth paste.
3. Pour in an additional 40 mL of water and whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion until a fine foam forms.
4. Enjoy as is, or pour matcha over your milk of choice.
5. Rinse your bamboo whisk after use and allow it to dry on a whisk stand.
